The General Superintendent, Deeper Life Bible Church, Pastor William Kumuyi, on Sunday urged Christians not to doubt God's word if they want to receive spectacular miracles.
He said that faith in the knowledge that Jesus loved mankind, and gave himself for it would produce mountain-moving miracles from God.
He said this during a special mid-year celebration service of the Church held at the Deeper Life Conference Centre at Kilometre 42, Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
The service was titled ``When mountains move’’.
According to the Cleric, faith in the love and power of Christ is the link that makes a connection to the power grid of Jesus Christ to produce miracles in people's lives.
He said that Jesus still moves mountains like raising the dead and healing the sick because of His compassion on mankind.
Kumuyi said that Jesus healed people not because of what they could do or not do but because of His compassion for mankind.
``Leprosy in those days was an incurable disease like HIV today, but there is cure for every disease in the hands of Jesus Christ.
``And this morning as you believe in His mercies, the impossible will be made possible in your life,’’ he said.
He said that mountain-moving miracles happen because of conversion of souls to Christ, commitment and consecration to Him.
He noted that conversion, commitment and consecration were the attributes that bring miracles from God.
``If you do not doubt, you will not only do what Jesus did to the fig tree, but will also say to the mountain move and it will obey you.
``Forget what the world is saying and what your situation is saying, and believe on God's word and mountains will obey you,’’ he said.
